Dark Academia Thrift Flip for Atelier
This epic apothecary inspired cabinet came to me from Ana, owner of Nuit Clothing. The original piece was sourced from Facebook Marketplace and already had all the elements for a beautiful transformation. Her style is dark medieval minimalist fantasy - which…if you know me, I could TOTALLY get behind. She needed something that made a statement for her atelier and provided a hearty amount of storage for all her sewing notions.
By painting this thrifted piece black, adding extra storage, a faux leaded + mercury glass detail into the lower cabinets AND a rolling ladder - - this transformation gave Ana the storage she wanted with the exquisite charm and look she always dreamed of!
